Visited a hse yesterday and it was love at first sight. 4 room flat with 2 rooms combined to form a big master bedroom, walk in wardrobe and a study room. The last room is left as it is which MIL can stay in . Overall reno is nice and is move in condition. Very teMpted to offer but we need to work out the sum first. Valuation is $585k and owner is selling above value. While there is a $40k grant for living near my parents, the monthly is still quite chor.
